When making a purchase in our online store, you agree to this Privacy Policy and confirm that you have read and understood the terms under which we process your personal data and that you accept this Privacy Policy.

- natural persons who are users of the online store,
- potential users,
- or other persons
(hereinafter: the “Data Subject”) whose personal data is collected and processed (hereinafter: “Personal Data”).
The collection, processing, and storage of Personal Data are carried out in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 87/2018) (hereinafter: the “Law”).

Basic Terms and Personal Data
Personal Data means any information relating to a natural person whose identity is determined or determinable, directly or indirectly, in particular on the basis of an identifier such as a name and identification number, location data, identifiers in electronic communication networks, or one or more characteristics of their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, and social identity.
Processing of Personal Data means any operation or set of operations performed, whether automated or non-automated, on personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, recording, classification, grouping or structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, disclosure, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission or delivery, duplication, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
Principles of Personal Data Processing
At all times, when collecting, processing, and storing your Personal Data, the Company acts in accordance with the Law. Personal Data will be processed in a manner that ensures appropriate protection of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing, as well as against accidental loss, destruction, or damage, by applying appropriate technical, organizational, and personnel measures.
Personal Data Collected and Processed by the Entrepreneur About You
The Personal Data we collect (hereinafter: Personal Data), process, and store are as follows:
- name and surname,
- delivery address / residence address for delivery of goods and invoice delivery,
- city,
- postal code,
- mobile or landline phone number,
- IP address from which you access the online store,
- email address,
- bank account number (in case of product return, when the refund is made to a bank account).
Method of Collecting Personal Data
Personal Data is collected directly from you, as the Person whose data is processed, or by other persons. Direct collection of Personal Data from the Person is performed:
a) When Purchasing Goods
When concluding a sales contract with the Entrepreneur, and for the purposes of concluding and executing the contract (including delivery of goods, delivery of the order specification, invoice for purchased goods, as well as other documents relating to the sales contract, notification that the shipment is ready for dispatch or collection at a precisely specified address/location, delivery of the warranty certificate), you are obliged to provide us with the following Personal Data, which you enter when purchasing goods: name and surname, residence address/delivery address of goods (street, house number, apartment number, city, postal code), mobile phone number/landline phone number, email address.
We point out that if you pay by payment card in our online store, certain Personal Data (name, surname, residence address) may be disclosed to the Bank: RAIFFEISEN BANKA AD BEOGRAD (hereinafter: the “Bank”) which provides services in the payment process in our online store in the execution of payment transactions. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you agree that the stated Personal Data be delivered to the Bank, which may process Personal Data exclusively for the purposes of executing the payment transaction, and in order to comply with legal and other regulations, especially those governing the operations of payment service providers, including the obligation to report to state authorities, customer verification from the aspect of prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, as well as risk management. Also, certain Personal Data is disclosed to courier services in order to enable the execution of the concluded sales contract or the exercise of your legal rights.
In the event that you do not provide the stated Personal Data, the Entrepreneur will not be able to execute the concluded sales contract. The purpose for which we process the stated Personal Data is the execution of the sales contract with the Entrepreneur. The stated Personal Data is stored in our database for five years from your last activity in our online store. Personal Data is stored in the database of the Bank and courier services in accordance with their privacy policies. Payment card number and CVV2 or CVC number are not processed by the Entrepreneur in any case.
b) When Registering Your Account
In the event that you wish to register your account in our online store, you will be able to initiate the registration process and create your account. Therefore, in order to register your account, it is necessary to complete the Registration Form, which is available in the online store. If you choose the option to enter and store Personal Data necessary for the purposes of concluding and executing the sales contract, in that case the data will be collected and processed fully in accordance with point a) of this section of the Privacy Policy.
Personal Data that is necessary to disclose for the purposes of registering your account in our online store is mandatory and we will use it exclusively for the purposes of account registration and establishing communication for the purpose of account registration, while the same data – email address – may also be used for the purpose of sending notifications about the latest products, discounts and promotions, if you allow it.
The Registration Form contains information on which Personal Data is necessary and which Personal Data you may disclose, i.e., which is optional. In the event that you do not provide the necessary Personal Data, the Entrepreneur will not be able to register your account.
The purpose for which we process:
- necessary Personal Data is the registration of your account in our online store,
- optional Personal Data is sending promotional notifications, sending birthday greetings and birthday benefits.
If you agree to disclose Personal Data that is not necessary, it will be considered that you have given your consent to the processing of Personal Data for the stated purposes.
Necessary Personal Data is stored in our database for two years from your last activity on your account, while optional Personal Data is stored until you withdraw your consent, and in any case is deleted after five years from your last activity on your account.
c) When Exercising Your Legal Rights
The purpose for which we process Personal Data is to enable the fulfillment of your legal rights (right of withdrawal from the contract, right to file a complaint, etc.) and to notify you that we have received your request relating to the exercise of your legal rights, which includes return of goods and refund of the paid price. In the event that you do not provide the stated Personal Data, the Entrepreneur will not be able to enable the realization of your legal rights.
For the purpose of exercising your legal rights, the Entrepreneur discloses certain Personal Data to courier services (name and surname, delivery/collection address, mobile/landline phone number). The stated Personal Data is stored in our database for two years from the exercise of your legal right.
d) When Subscribing to the Newsletter
When subscribing to our newsletter, you give consent for us to collect and process your email address (your Personal Data) for the purpose of sending newsletters. The purpose of processing this Personal Data is sending promotional notifications about offers, news, additional information, current events and promotions that we organize for consumers. The stated Personal Data is stored in our database until you withdraw your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by withdrawing consent within the email you received from the Entrepreneur.
e) When Communicating with Employees
When communicating or contacting our employees (by phone, email or through social networks) in order to obtain answers to various inquiries related to the products we offer, to check the status of your order, expected delivery time or for any other question you may have, you give consent to the Entrepreneur to collect your Personal Data. The purpose of processing this Personal Data is to establish communication with you in order to respond to your inquiry, check the order status or respond to another question.
The stated Personal Data is stored in our database until you withdraw your consent or no later than five years from your last activity in our online store (when the basis of processing is your consent), or five years from your last activity in the online store (when the basis of processing is the conclusion and execution of the sales contract).
Personal Data Provided by Third Parties
a) Login via social networks
It may happen that you disclose your Personal Data to Meta or Google, in accordance with the terms of use and privacy policies of those third parties, and that such third parties transfer the Personal Data to a new controller in a structured, commonly used and electronically readable format. Since such transfer was carried out by third parties, in accordance with their terms of use and privacy policies, we will consider that you have given consent to those third parties to transfer Personal Data to us. Therefore, the Entrepreneur shall not bear responsibility for the processing of Personal Data transferred to us by such third parties.
Purpose of Processing Personal Data
The purpose of collecting Personal Data is:
- conclusion and execution of the sales contract,
- execution of payment transactions,
- compliance with legal obligations of the Entrepreneur, i.e., realization of your legal rights,
- registration of your account in our online store,
- responding to your inquiries, i.e., various requests and questions,
- sending promotional notifications and birthday greetings.
Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
In accordance with the principle of lawfulness, the Entrepreneur processes your Personal Data on the basis of different legal grounds prescribed by the Law, such as the following:
- Your consent. Personal Data obtained based on your consent will be processed and stored in our database as long as your consent exists, i.e., until you withdraw your consent. You may withdraw your consent for the collection, processing and use of your Personal Data at any time by withdrawing consent within the email you received from the Entrepreneur. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- Performance of contractual obligations. The Entrepreneur collects Personal Data necessary for concluding and executing the sales contract and fulfilling pre-contractual obligations, in which case we have a basis for collecting, processing and storing your Personal Data. To the extent that the processing of your Personal Data is necessary for the fulfillment of the legal obligations of the Entrepreneur.
Data During Purchase
The Entrepreneur collects user data necessary for payment. When paying by payment cards, the user does not provide card data to the Entrepreneur. The security of data during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor RaiAccept, so the entire payment process is carried out on RaiAccept pages. At no time is payment card data available to our system.
Recipients and Third Parties
We disclose Personal Data to certain recipients, i.e., third parties: our affiliated entities, lawyers who provide legal assistance to the Entrepreneur, our employees, marketing companies, communication services or companies for market research or customer satisfaction research, IT service providers, state authorities. Additionally, in order to enable the functioning of the online store, the Entrepreneur engages other companies and individuals to perform tasks on our behalf and for our account (delivery of packages, sending mail and e-mail, providing marketing assistance, Call Center, maintaining courier records and shipment tracking, payment for purchased goods/services using payment service providers). These third parties have access to Personal Data necessary for performing the tasks for which they are engaged, but they may not use such data for other purposes.
The Entrepreneur will not make your Personal Data available to other recipients or third parties, except in the cases specified in this Privacy Policy.
Retention Period of Personal Data
Data collected by the Entrepreneur on the basis of law as a legal ground must be stored for two years from the date of exercising your legal rights, or five years from the issuance of the invoice. Data collected on the basis of a contractual relationship will be stored for five years from the last activity of the consumer in our online store. Data processed exclusively on the basis of your consent is stored until consent withdrawal or five years from your last activity in the online store.
Rights of the Person Regarding the Processing of Personal Data
In addition to the rights already stated in this Privacy Policy, as well as other rights provided by the Law and other regulations, the Person to whom Personal Data relates has the right:
- to request information on whether the Entrepreneur processes their Personal Data and to request access to such data;
- to request correction, supplementation or deletion of their Personal Data and the right to object to processing,
- to request restriction of processing of Personal Data.
Upon request of the Person, we will provide information on Personal Data processed by the Entrepreneur or its processors, in accordance with our instructions, on the purpose of processing, legal basis and duration of processing, name and address of the processor and its activities related to processing, circumstances and impact of a personal data breach, as well as measures taken to eliminate them, and, in case of data transfer, information on the legal basis of such transfer and the recipient. The Entrepreneur will provide a written response as soon as possible, and no later than 15 days from receipt of the request. The Entrepreneur is obliged to provide the Person with a copy of the Personal Data being processed. The Person has the right to request deletion of their Personal Data. Processing may be restricted in accordance with Article 31 of the Law.
The Entrepreneur is obliged to notify all recipients to whom Personal Data has been disclosed of any correction, supplementation, deletion or restriction of processing, unless this requires disproportionate effort. The Entrepreneur is obliged to inform the Person about all recipients upon request. The Person has the right to receive their Personal Data in a structured, commonly used and electronically readable format and has the right to transmit such data to another controller without hindrance, in accordance with the Law. If justified by a specific situation, the Person has the right to object at any time to processing of Personal Data. The Person has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, if such decision produces legal effects or significantly affects their position.
Procedure in Case of Personal Data Breach
If a personal data breach may produce a high risk to the rights and freedoms of the Person, the Entrepreneur is obliged to notify the Person about the breach, in accordance with the Law. In the event of a personal data breach that may produce a risk to rights and freedoms, the Entrepreneur is obliged to notify the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection without undue delay, or if possible within 72 hours from becoming aware of the breach. The notification shall contain all information in accordance with the Law.
Processing of Personal Data of Minors
Minors may be allowed to use the website of the Entrepreneur, exclusively in accordance with Article 16 of the Law.
Transfer of Personal Data Outside the Territory of the Republic of Serbia
Transfer of Personal Data to another country or international organization without prior approval may be carried out if it is determined that such country/international organization ensures an adequate level of protection of personal data or to affiliated legal entities of the Entrepreneur for the purpose of internal data administration.
Links to Third-Party Websites and Services
Our online store may contain links to third-party websites. By clicking on our sponsored advertisement, you accept the possibility that data about your visit to our online store may be processed by such social networks if you have an account with them.
Collection of Information from Children

will not knowingly or intentionally collect personal data from children under the age of 13 via the Internet. We are committed to protecting children’s rights! The Entrepreneur does not knowingly collect information about persons under the age of eighteen.

This Privacy Policy is subject to change. The Entrepreneur will regularly update the Privacy Policy on this website.
