Registration
To make a purchase on the website, it is not necessary to be registered. The difference between the registered and unregistered purchase process is that registered users can create a Wishlist, which can be useful as a kind of reminder.
The registration process is simple:
- Click on “Registration” in the upper right corner of the page.
- Enter the required data in the listed fields.
- Click “Place Order”.
- A link for setting a new password will be sent to the email address you provided. You need to click on the link and enter a new password.
- Log in by clicking “Login” by entering your email address and password that you set in the previous step.
Wishlist
By simply clicking the “Add to wishlist” button located next to each item (the icon is heart-shaped). By clicking the Wishlist button, you can at any time access your wishlist located within your user pages and always have an overview of the items you have selected. You do not have to purchase products from the wishlist. The wishlist serves as a reminder. With it, you can see in one place the items you are interested in and would like to purchase.
Purchase
Select the items you want to buy. Next to each item there is an “Add to cart” button – click on it and the item will automatically be added to your cart. At any time, by looking at the cart in the upper right corner of the screen, you can see how many items you have in the cart and what their total price is. When you have selected all the items you want to buy, click on the cart in the upper right corner of the screen and the Purchase Form will open. You can choose the payment method:
- by card,
- cash on delivery.
Review your order. If all the data is correct, click the “Confirm purchase” button.
Dogue performs pre-contractual notification of its customers by email containing the specification of the entire order, as well as a display of all purchase conditions immediately before the customer enters the ordering process, i.e. payment.
Payment methods
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, as the most advanced cryptographic technology currently. The security of data during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor. At no time is payment card data available to our system. -Cash on delivery: You receive the ordered items at your home address, and you pay the order costs to the courier.
If, after confirming your order, during packaging we determine by physical inspection that the item is damaged or non-compliant, and at the same time it was the last item in stock, we will not be able to deliver it and the funds will be returned to you without delay, and no later than within three days from termination.
By confirming the General Terms and Conditions, the buyer agrees that the fiscal receipt will be delivered electronically after payment of the order or delivered together with the order by the courier service.
Statement on conversion
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For informational display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the rate used by card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.
Delivery methods and shipping costs
Delivery is carried out by courier service exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Delivery costs are according to the valid price list of Post Express. The courier service Post Express with which we cooperate currently does not deliver to the territory of Kosovo and Metohija.
Estimated delivery time
After placing an order to the online store, you can expect delivery within 2 to 5 working days, and no later than within the legal deadline of 30 days.
Purchase security
Purchasing on the doguegromming.rs pages is secure. All purchase data is visible only to the administrator. Your payment card data will be encrypted and available only to the bank performing the transaction. During purchase, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, as the most current technology. Data security during purchase is guaranteed by the RaiAccept payment card processor, so the entire payment process is performed on RaiAccept pages. At no time is payment card data available to our system.
Right to withdraw from the contract
According to the Consumer Protection Law, purchasing via the website https://doguegrooming.com/ is considered distance selling. In distance selling, the Law establishes the buyer’s right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day the product was delivered. When withdrawing, the buyer may, but does not have to, state the reasons for withdrawal. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the buyer should send a notification by email to prodaja@doguegrooming.com. The buyer is obliged to return the product without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day the withdrawal form was sent. After the expiration of 14 days from the day the withdrawal was sent, the product can no longer be returned. The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods. When returning goods, the buyer is obliged to provide the receipt/delivery note. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the buyer has the right to a refund. The trader is obliged to return the amount paid by the buyer without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day of receipt of the withdrawal statement, with the trader being allowed to delay the refund until the goods are received. Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the returned goods are undamaged. The buyer is solely responsible for any reduced value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a way that is not appropriate, i.e., exceeds what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods. If it is determined that the defect occurred due to the fault of the buyer, the refund will be refused, and the goods will be returned to the buyer at their expense. As a buyer, you do not bear the costs arising from withdrawal from the contract, except for postage costs resulting from sending the goods to our address. On our part, we undertake that immediately upon receipt of the goods returned on the basis of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund the funds paid for the returned goods or send the item you want as a replacement.
Refunds
In case of return of goods and refund to a customer who previously paid with a payment card, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for return, Dogue is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, and Dina payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the seller’s request, perform the refund to the cardholder’s account. Dogue will directly contact the user for the refund, via email, regarding the method of refund. If the goods were paid by cash on delivery, the money is returned exclusively to a current account – electronically.
Exception to the right of withdrawal: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract in the case of delivery of sealed products, such as creams, shampoos, and other similar products, which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons, and which were opened after delivery. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are aware of the impossibility of withdrawing from the purchase of these products if they are opened after delivery, i.e. that you agree that by purchasing you lose the right to withdraw from the contract.
Complaint conditions
If you wish to submit a complaint for an item purchased in a retail store, it is necessary that with the fiscal receipt or other proof of purchase, as well as the item you are complaining about, you go to the retail store where you made the purchase. In the store, you will receive detailed instructions and assistance regarding submitting a complaint.
Complaints about damage in transport
It is very important that you immediately report any damage in transport visible on the product packaging to the courier who delivered the goods. If you notice such damage (torn parts and dents), do not sign the receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait while you check whether the damage to the packaging has also caused damage to the product itself or loss of parts. If the product is not damaged, and all parts are present, sign the receipt of the shipment. The buyer is obliged to report any damage during transport within 24 hours of receiving the goods to the email address: prodaja@doguegrooming.com
Complaints about data or wrong type of goods
If you received the shipment and after opening the box you determined that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones or the data on the invoice are not appropriate, please contact our customer support no later than within 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the shipment at the email address: prodaja@doguegrooming.com
Complaints about non-compliance of goods
If non-compliance appears on the purchased product within the meaning of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, for a complaint statement you can send an email with your data (name, surname, phone, invoice-delivery note number, item code you wish to complain about and a description of the problem you have) to our address: prodaja@doguegrooming.com
As soon as possible, and no later than within 8 days from the day of receipt of the complaint in written or electronic form, we will respond to your complaint and inform you about further procedure. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the moment of submission. The conformity of goods to the contract is determined exclusively according to the properties and purpose of the goods as defined by the corresponding declaration, i.e. product specification. Dogue is responsible for non-compliance of goods with the contract that appears within two years from the day of transfer of risk to the consumer. If non-compliance occurs within 6 months from the day of transfer of risk to the consumer, it can be assumed that the non-compliance existed at the moment of transfer of risk to the consumer. All costs necessary to bring the goods into conformity with the contract, especially labor, materials, collection and delivery costs, are borne by Dogue. Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, the consumer has the right to initiate a dispute resolution procedure out of court before competent bodies for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. The seller is obliged by law to participate in the out-of-court resolution procedure of consumer disputes.
Other
All promotions, loyalty programs and similar activities of the Company that may be available through this Site will be subject to certain rules separate from these General Terms and Conditions.
All services may not be available to all persons or in all geographical locations. Participation and receiving gifts in promotions or similar promotions may not be enabled to all persons. The Company reserves the right to limit the availability of the Site or the provision of any services to any person, geographical area at the Company’s discretion, at any time.
These Terms of Use become binding for the User from the moment the User agrees to them or by purchasing the Company’s products using the Site. Before the User agrees to these Terms of Use, the User is obliged to carefully familiarize themselves with all provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.
Access to Site materials, including content, is granted to the User exclusively for personal use. Without prior written consent of the Company, the User has no right to use, reproduce, distribute in any way, copy, publicly display, publish publicly, translate, modify or use in any way for any other purposes the materials of the Site.
After the termination of these General Terms and Conditions, Dogue still retains all rights to the content without any obligation to pay the User for its use.
